Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support service users' skill development and recovery, with regular clinical supervision from an experienced OT.Site Summary Located in Kings Norton, Birmingham, Cygnet Wast Hills supports 21 individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, offering various facilities including sensory rooms, activity rooms, ADL kitchens, and extensive gardens.Occupational Therapy Directorate Each service line has a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to guide evidence-based practice. There are regular service line meetings, CPD, and training opportunities. Newly qualified OTs are offered a 12-month preceptorship program.
