Quote and price shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured. Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process. Manage key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery. Arrange timely and accurate documentation for shipments. Complete customs documentation as required. Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally. 22 days holiday, rising to 25 days after 1 year of service Annual salary review Excellent progression opportunities Company benefits including private healthcare, cycle to work scheme, and onsite parking Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
