At Cygnet Aspen Clinic, we provide a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care and treatment with a focus on recovery and co-production with service users. Our multi-modal treatment pathway consists of a range of therapeutic models including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Compassion focused Therapy (CFT).This position offers an opportunity to shape and develop occupational therapy provision at Aspen Clinic. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality assessments and interventions supporting patient recovery through evidence based occupational therapy approaches.Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other professional to enhance patient outcomes and promote functional independence. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapy Assistant on site, ensuring high standards of practice and professional development.Occupational Therapy DirectorateUnder the leadership of our occupational therapy directors, we support over 180 Occupational Therapists and over 300 OT support staff.
