We seek a leader with manufacturing experience, eager to take on new challenges and grow professionally. What are we looking for?Experience in leadership within a manufacturing environment. Experience in FMCG or high-speed production. SAP literacy or quick learner of new systems. Proficiency in Microsoft systems. Key responsibilities:Handover with incoming/outgoing Production Leads. Organize shift staffing, breaks, and coverage. Attend planning meetings and coordinate with Scheduling. Supervise production technical operations. Manage standards checks (GMP, CL, CIL, Shadow/Tool boards, 5S). Handle escalations, safety, and quality updates. Prepare end-of-shift handover reports. Manage holiday bookings and procurement of equipment, tools, and training. Cover other roles as needed.
