It's more than a job—it's a career based on passion and purpose. Position Details:No dialysis experience required; training provided! Training occurs at a facility or clinic other than your assigned home clinic. Must be able to float to various clinics during and after training. Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (we are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas). What to Expect:Direct patient care, providing safe, comfortable dialysis treatment. Care for multiple patients, monitoring and recording stats, patient observations, and machine setup. Exposure to blood and needles. Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on dialysis-related topics. Work under RN supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team. Opportunity to earn certification as a Hemodialysis Technician. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable working around blood and needles. Ability to work long hours (10-12 hours shifts) on your feet. Willingness to train across multiple clinics. Stable employment history.
