You will also work within different specialist areas.Be accountable for the operational and clinical management of the CYP serviceWork collaboratively with consultants and a range of stakeholders to drive and develop the CYP serviceLead and manage a team of specialist nurses to deliver a bespoke service for our patientsParticipate in the on-call rotaPromote innovation within the service to be responsive to service user needs.To succeed as a Children and Young Persons Lead you will;Be NMC qualified and have extensive post registration experience in a childrens ward settingHave various levels of post-registration experience and ideally EPALS, ILS or ALS skills or willingness to undertake further study.Experience in Childrens nursing with Adult nursing as an advantageExperience of clinical leadershipCan work well individually and as part of a teamCan engage and build relationships with external stakeholdersHelping you feel goodWe want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
