DescriptionMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.As a Fleet Controller, you will be part of an established Fleet team responsible for the daily management of the vehicle fleet for the company. You will take a lead in controlling the day to day servicing, defects & breakdowns of our fleet.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will liaise with Vehicle suppliers to ensure all orders are processed in line with agreed SLAsYou will handle vehicle service, defect and breakdown requests following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to internal customers / contractsYou will ensure SLAs are achieved with minimum downtimeYou will investigate and respond to Internal customer / External Supplier QueriesYou will update fleet management systemsYou will assist in general fleet desk duties, providing support when needed for other aspects of the fleet departmentSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseProblem solving abilitiesExcellent Customer Service SkillsKnowledge of workshop practices and charges is an advantageIndustry knowledge of light & heavy commercial vehicle industryExcellent planning, organization and time management skillsEnthusiastic and proactive approach to your workMust recognise the importance of working as part of a team to deliver service and operational performance within a safe working environmentIT skills, Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantagePrevious experience of fleet management software packages would be an advantage (Jaama Key2 in particular)BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.Network Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
