Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Airframe and Powerplant Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing complex aircraft systems.The selected individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including:Conducting functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests, and alignment.Rigging, synchronizing of throttles, and setting the stops.Observing operation of mechanical systems during flight and troubleshooting problems for in-shop repairs.Performing duties in a manner consistent with the latest state of the art and highest standards of safety for maintaining aircraft in the most airworthy and reliable condition.Using tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, and a variety of hand tools to repair and modify systems or assemblies.
