In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in developing and managing our affiliate marketing programs and strategic partnerships. Success in this role looks like: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Affiliate & Partnership management role for a customer-facing brand. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building abilities to foster strong partnerships. Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Hands-on experience with affiliate programs such as Awin or similar platforms.
