In the course of your work, well also look to you to build, manage, and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.Other responsibilities will include:Supporting others to articulate the ideas and requirements in the format required by the team, such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrationsCapturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that theyre in line with key strategic principlesInteracting with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needsAnalysing existing system documentation to summarise existing system functionality as it relates to the work at handSupporting the identification of team priorities based upon feedback from the customers, key stakeholders, and the teamSupporting the selection of vendors to partner with on solutions and writing and reviewing Requests for Information and Requests for ProposalsLeveraging your investments experience to bring innovative ideas to our Technology and Business strategyThe skills you'll needWell look to you to bring a good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment. Additionally, youll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification.Youll also need:Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniquesGood communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleaguesStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsExperience of working within within Asset managementExperience with investments data and data platformsA broad understanding of the application landscape within the asset management domain and competitive landscape with detailed knowledge of Aladdin and Data Platforms
