About the Role:As a ClinicalNurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical and quality standards within the home, ensuring residents receive the best possible care. Working closely with the Head of Clinical Services, you will provide leadership and guidance tothe nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
