Job Description

Position OverviewFacilitate, supervise, and conduct regional repair of Encore owned equipment. Responsible for implementing & overseeing daily and quarterly equipment repair and quality control (QC) processes. Conducts product research, performs random and planned quality control checks on regional equipment. Purchases shop related items and provides reporting as necessary on key repair metrics. May supervise a Repair Technician. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations. Must be able to work long hours at height in harness and work in a high degree of dust and dirt.
