This role prioritises knowing the child, building positive relationships, and motivating students. Nurture Teachers inspire learning through engaging, relevant lessons while supporting students in building self-esteem, confidence, and essential life skills.Students require dedicated teachers who can manage complex behaviours with consistency, flexibility, and a non-judgmental approach.
