International Payroll Operations AdvisorOn Site/Hybrid - Slough, Manchester, Leeds and GrimsbyCompetitive plus Bonus and BenefitsOur Managed Services team are hiring and seeking a Senior International Operations Advisor to lead and coordinate all aspects of the payroll process for our top-tier accounts across multiple international regions.You will be responsible for ensuring the precision, timeliness, and compliance of payroll operations according to internal policies and regulatory standards. Youwill also play an essential role in maintaining the satisfaction of our clients and preserving the integrity of the business.By coordinating interdepartmental efforts, mentoring the payroll team, and continually seeking ways to improve processes, the Senior International Operations Advisor will drive efficiency, accuracy, and payroll best practices to support the company's strategic objectives.What will you be doing?Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for top-tier client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.Partner with internal and external teams to enhance process efficiency and coordinate on all payroll-related items.Contribute to financial audits by providing records and documentation related to payroll, as required.Address any payroll-related queries and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.Regularly review and update payroll policies and procedures, keeping abreast of changing legislation.Implement and oversee robust procedures for managing payroll across multiple countries, ensuring they are scaling in line with business growth.Manage payroll operations process for clients, in all countries, ensuring employees are paid accurately, compliantly and on timeQuery and incident management, via multiple communication toolsMaintain all required departmental/management KPI and SLA reporting accurately and timelyProactively engage clients via multiple communication toolsWhat we are seekingProven experience in a similar role at a global level, with a strong understanding of international payroll procedures and legal requirementsFluent in English is essential, additional languages are DesirableProficiency in payroll software and good knowledge of MS OfficeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesHigh degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentialityAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectivelyCIPP Qualified desirablePlease note:We occasionally close vacancies early in the event that we receive a high volume of applications.
