What you'll be doingReporting into the Regional Commercial Manager, you will support the Commercial team by managing a range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include: Assist with cost management and analysis of project performance Assist with the month-end management accounts Maintain detailed records of Client Purchase Orders, applications for payment, and invoices Raise and submit sales invoices Coordinate sales ledger queries Compile project handover pack and issue to Project Managers Attend project handover meetings and take minutes Upload documents to the Portal and internal systems Set up CVR template for each new job Input and process weekly timesheet data for submission Who we’re looking forTo be successful, you will have: Strong IT skills, especially MS Word and Excel Previous administration experience Data entry experience and strong numerical skills Good communication skills, confident in dealing with people face-to-face, in writing, and on the phone Proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads What we're offeringIn return, you will receive: Up to £30k per annum 24 days' paid holiday plus bank holidays Healthcare cash scheme Death in service benefit Benefex Platform - voucher schemes including the Technology Scheme, Dental Plan, and Bike Scheme Discounts on retail, shopping, gym access, and cinema tickets 6% company pension contribution Our Vision - To be the best water and environment sustainability specialist#J-18808-Ljbffr
