Base pay rangeElectrical Maintenance Supervisor | Southampton | Office Based | £40-43K + Employment Package.Due to contract expansion, we are actively recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to be based in the company head office, based in Southampton.The employer is a privately owned, hard services, commercial FM provider, with a total staff count of circa 200. As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with a team of in-house Maintenance Electricians, providing technical support, over-seeing remedial works, ensuring full compliance and health and safety and liaising with clients.Bullet Pointed Summary:Role: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. Base Salary:£40,000 - £43,000 per annum. Status: Permanent, PAYE.Location:Southampton, full time office based.Hours:Monday - Friday, 07:30am - 5:00pm. Additional earnings available by joining the call out rota - escalations only via telephone. Pool vehicle available if you have any travel requirements / client meetings etc. Casual dress code in the offices. Holiday: 30 days (22 + bank holidays). Company funded training / up-skilling on offer.Duties: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor.Supervising remedial works orders following clients’ quote approval. Overseeing directly employed field electricians. Controlling day-to-day workload meeting clients contractual SLA’s & KPI’s. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and authorisation of minor works certification. Develop working relationships with client key account and area managers. Provide technical support. Provide training to junior staff within the team. Attend client meetings when instructed by the Divisional Senior Manager - in which you will have access to a company pool vehicle.Requirements:Must be a qualified Electrician to one of the following standards or equivalent: NVQ Level 3, C&G 236 Part 2, C&G 2330 Level 3 etc. Must be up to date with electrical regulations (C&G 18th edition). Must have strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, SLAs, KPIs and associated paperwork within a commercial maintenance setting. Desired by not essential: City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection. Must have a full UK driving license with under 9 points as you will be on the fleet insurance.
