Direct Medics are working in partnership with an NHS Trust in the Midlands to recruit aChildren and Young People Crisis Mental Health Practitioner , based in Telford. This is acommunity role, 1 day per week, 8am – 8pm.Role Overview ThisBand 6 Practitionerrole involves assessing and managing mental health crises in children and young people, providing safe and effective home treatment aligned with their recovery plans. The practitioner will conduct mental health and risk assessments, deliver interventions, and support positive outcomes for young people, particularly those with coexisting physical health conditions. Working closely with families, they aim to help young people engage in everyday life.
