Ensure the successful delivery of service levels. Improve profitability and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with the compliance team. Promote strong employee engagement across a multifunctional team. Experience Requirements:Proven leadership and management in a multi-site regional environment within the waste management sector. Experience in waste processing operations and service delivery improvements. Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement. Useful Qualifications or Training (Non-Essential):IOSH, NEBOSH, COTC / WAMITAB, IEMA ILM, MBA, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry Management, Financial, Six Sigma, Kanban, 5S, 5 Whys, TPS, Kaizen or other Lean or Continuous Improvement training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
