This role involves driving major change programmes, delivering innovative solutions, and improving operational efficiency and service quality. As a Senior Business Analyst , you will lead initiatives to transform business processes and improve service delivery. You will utilize methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma, act as a Scrum Master on projects, and foster collaborative team dynamics within an agile framework. Your role will involve driving initiatives to completion, influencing stakeholders, and delivering high-impact results that boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
