We support the growth of tech-driven companies through Growth Lending and Asset-Backed Lending. With over $2.5B in assets under management, providing financing for operational growth, working capital, and acquisitions. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and personable Office Manager & Executive Assistant to play a vital role in the smooth running of our UK and Mayfair based office, providing exceptional support to our Senior Team. This role is a dynamic blend of traditional office management responsibilities with dedicated EA duties, specifically focused on complex diary and appointment management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant Support: Proactive management of complex calendars and schedules for the Senior Team, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and managing expenses. Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and service providers. Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence as required. Providing confidential administrative support to the Senior Team. Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendors. Coordinating office maintenance and repairs. Implementing and maintaining office procedures and systems. Assisting with event planning and coordination. Onboarding new employees and managing office access. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, ideally within the financial or professional services industry. Strong experience with complex diary management and scheduling for multiple executives. Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
