About the Role You will provide essential support to two Account Directors and be responsible for the day-to-day running of (specific) clients projects. Account Managers serve as a link between clients and the agency, as such, you will liaise between the client and a variety of agency staff in order to co-ordinate specific projects and campaigns. You will manage administrative and organisational work and ensure that the work is reliably completed within budget, ensuring deadlines are met and work is to standard / on brief. Up-to-date knowledge of current or emerging communication techniques and technologies and an awareness of how the industry is developing with new communication technologies are an important part of this role. You will have 2+ years’ proven experience as a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager. Essentials and desirables we require for the role: Essentials: At least 2 years’ proven experience in the following areas - client services, media relations, research, communications/services and content management systemsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in project managementPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in project managementAbility to successfully manage the client briefing process, from taking a client brief, to communicating internally, through to delivering the finished project or campaign, competently adapting if the brief / timings changeCompetent IT skills including experience of using MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams (ability to present via Teams is essential)Experience of using project management tools such as Trello would be an advantageExperience of web development and project managing new websites from start to finishExperience of working in content management systemsExperience of online marketing (email / social media / PPC / influencer / display & video) and affiliate marketing techniquesGood working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and organic and paid social media posts/campaigns, SEO and PPCHigh standard of administration and organisation skillsNatural ability to build strong relationships both externally and internallyComfortable meeting clients face to faceAbility to manage multiple projects, delivering the best possible outcome for the client and the agency Desirables: Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing (Level 4), gained through the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), equivalent or similarPrevious experience of working in a busy digital agency - clients in the Financial, Industrial, Commercial and Public Sector industries would be an advantage but not a deal breakerExperience with Hubspot marketing platform About Our Agency A&P is a fast growing, fully integrated marketing agency focusing on Brand, Creative, Digital, and Film.
