What youll be doing: Lead and mentor a talented mobile engineering team, ensuring technical excellence across projects. Guide architectural design, work prioritisation, and solution development in a collaborative environment. Drive scalability, performance, usability, and maintainability across our mobile products. Collaborate across product and engineering teams to design, build, test, and deploy impactful features. Support and coach engineers to grow their skills and confidence, fostering a positive, energising culture. Be hands-on when needed: code, problem-solve, and innovate in a fast-moving agile environment. What youll bring: Experience leading engineers for at least 1 years within a mobile development environment. Deep expertise in React Native and strong working knowledge of Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin bonus points for C#! Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, achievable technical outcomes. Passion for robust, user-friendly mobile applications with high performance and security standards.
