This will help ensure the impacts of an outage, disaster, or cyber-attack affecting IT systems can be recovered in a timely manner.The role holder will also be required to work with all suppliers from across the outsourced operations to collaborate on all Information and Communications Technology Disaster Recovery (ICTDR) and resilience-related issues which affect NS&I, the outsourced operations and B2B clients.The role holder will work with the System Resilience and DR Manager and Head of IT Services to assist IT DR testing on an annual basis and the continued testing of DR on infrastructure and application resilience across suppliers. They will assist with documenting and updating both the corporate and operational ICTDR plans whenever changes to technologies are implemented.
