Freightserve are looking to recruit a PA reporting to the Managing Director for a privately owned Heathrow based Freight Forwarder. Duties:- * Offering full Administration support to The Director * Some HR Responsibilities * Deal with staff holidays and sickness * Dealing with new starters (supplying contracts and on boarding) * Maintain all of The company's Health & Safety policies and records * Dealing with Office and Warehouse facilities * Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis * Assist with arranging interviews with recruitment agencies * The ability to handle multiple tasks.
