Welder / Fabricator - Short-Term Project - Newcastle upon Tyne Manpower Engineering is proud to be working with a specialist wastewater engineering company to recruit a Welder/Fabricator for a short-term assignment based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a three-week project, ideal for someone seeking immediate work and local to the area. The Role: You will be working on the installation of a wastewater treatment system at a food processing facility. Your main duties will involve TIG welding and fabricating structural stainless steel components to precise specifications. Details: Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Duration: 3 weeks Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm Pay: Standard hours plus overtime paid at time and a half What We're Looking For: Experienced Welder/Fabricator Strong TIG welding skills (essential) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Reliable and available for the full 3-week period UK residency and Right to Work in the UK are essential Please note: This position is best suited to local candidates, as accommodation and travel expenses are not provided.
