We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm.Please note the salary is pro rata for part time hours.The Retail Department at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital is looking for a part time Retail Catering Supervisor to join our team to carry out a wide range of general supervisor catering duties within our on-site retail outlet ensuring a high quality level of customer service and food safety.Duties will include serving the NHS staff, patients and staff, supervision of catering assistants, Health and Safety of the Department, completion of all HACCP documents, cash handling and banking.Excellent verbal and written communication, good organisation skills, previous catering and supervision experience, cash/bank handling and strong customer service skills are essential.Informal Contact: Eileen O'Rourke, Retail Manager at Eileen.O' or 0141 452 2447.
