Pay During TrainingAppointed under Annex 21, pay is based on the length of training, starting at 75% of the qualified rate and decreasing as training progresses. Candidate RequirementsCareer-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills Proficient in digital technology, information systems, and email Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks Entry CriteriaStandard: Passes in Scottish National Qualifications (five subjects including three at higher level) or GCSE/GCE (four subjects including one A Level). Alternative criteria apply for relevant work experience and prior qualifications. English Language RequirementMust demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to IELTS Level 7, with no element below 6.5.
