This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the parts and aftersales business which will provide you with a strong foundation to make informed decisions, manage our customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.Are you the ONE? You should have a minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual. You have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels.
