Manager, Hospital Quality, Analytics and Performance ImprovementWinchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Manager of Hospital Quality, Analytics, and Performance Improvement. Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Quality & Patient Safety, this role involves overseeing the hospital's quality and performance improvement initiatives. As part of the leadership team, you will supervise staff to achieve quality, safety, and performance goals, impacting patient outcomes and hospital success. QualificationsEducation Required: Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Bachelor’s in Nursing; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare/Quality field Experience Required: At least 3 years in performance improvement or data analytics; leadership in PI or quality projects; 3+ years supervisory/management experience Preferred: Budget management; experience with regulatory quality programs; Joint Commission accreditation Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint Effective communication in English Knowledge of core measures, quality databases Preferred: Epic EMR, Lean/Six Sigma or other PI models Certifications Preferred: Massachusetts RN license; CPHQ certification All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19.
