This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a national initiative that emphasizes the crucial role of OTs in delivering effective interventions within community mental health services.About The RoleWork directly with service users in their homes and communities, providing holistic and person-centred occupational therapy assessments and interventions.Be part of a supportive and collaborative team, contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of high-quality services.Contribute to a growing team and have the opportunity to shape the future of occupational therapy services within the organisation.We Are Looking For An OT WithA strong commitment to community-based mental healthcare.Excellent Clinical Skills And Experience In Assessment And Intervention.The ability to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with service users.A passion for continuous learning and professional development.Working with service users referred to Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service. To provide short-term specific psychosocial interventions for those who would benefit from crisis interventions. To contribute to the planning and implementation of induction, training and education of students and staff. To contribute to the delivery of specialist/ professional training packages of in-service training and staff development when necessary.
