We’re looking for acustomer-focused, hands-on Operations Managerto take the reins of day-to-day operational delivery across security, cleaning, waste, and car park management atPrincesshay Shopping Centre . Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards the centre is known for – and pushing them even higher. From managing budgets and compliance to leading contractor relationships and contributing to exciting re-development projects (like the revitalisation of the old Debenhams unit), this is a high-impact role with bags of variety and influence.
