Role OverviewWe are seeking aPaid Demand Generation Specialistwho is highly data-driven and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of full-funnel attribution—tracking performance from keyword to revenue. In this dynamic role, you will own, execute, and optimize global paid marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results visible to senior leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution:In EMEA, partner with local campaign managers to design landing pages, conduct keyword research, and manage attribution, implementation, and retargeting campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Paid Ads using HubSpot & SFDC). In North America, work with local campaign managers on landing page design, banner creation, and other assets, while fully owning campaign performance (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Paid Ads using HubSpot & SFDC). Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus. Data-Driven Decision Making:Implement and manage full-funnel attribution models, connecting campaign performance to business outcomes, including revenue. Leverage analytics to track KPIs, improve ROAS, and provide actionable insights. Collaboration & Leadership:Engage with product managers, sales teams, and marketers to align campaigns with business objectives. Share insights and performance updates with senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of paid demand generation efforts. Qualifications5+ years of experience in paid demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Proven track record managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Paid, and YouTube Paid. Expertise in full-funnel attribution, conversion tracking, and connecting performance metrics to revenue. Strong analytical skills focused on driving data-informed decisions and achieving measurable results (ROAS). Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively. Experience in a global, collaborative environment is a plus.
