This role reports directly to the Executive Chef and is responsible for overseeing breakfast, brunch, and lunch services, as well as morning prep for dinner service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities include: Preparing and executing high-quality dishes with consistency and presentation standards. Leading and mentoring the culinary team to foster growth and excellence. Collaborating with front of house to ensure smooth food service flow. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational standards in the kitchen. Participating in recruitment, training, and scheduling of culinary staff. Communicating effectively with the culinary team and management. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Experience in diverse cuisines and a strong knowledge of culinary techniques. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends.
