These careers are permanently site-based at our Belfast VR Hub (BT1 3NR). We offer a salary of £14.65 per hour. Our nightshift team works 5 days per week (including weekends), from 9pm to 9am. What You Will Do In This RoleOur team connects with users globally via various communication channels to support innovative VR technologies and products. Working in a dynamic, team-focused environment, you will help drive user satisfaction by: Providing resolutions to general or individual users. Identifying opportunities to reduce customer effort. Monitoring social media, forums, and review platforms. Supporting engagement activities. Creating engaging responses to encourage participation. Developing user-generated content. Leveraging self-service content across digital channels. Your QualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you: Have experience or understanding of social media support or have worked in chat/email roles. Can work onsite in Belfast (49 East Bridge Street, BT1 3NR). Are fluent in English (B2 CEFR level). Are available to work 5 days per week (Monday - Sunday), 9pm - 9am. Have a typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy. Experience or interest in virtual reality gaming is desirable.
