Base pay rangeSenior IT Security Analyst Join a forward-thinking financial services company at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation. Backed by significant investment in cyber security, we’re looking for aSenior IT Security Analystto take a leading role in protecting our systems, strengthening defences, and shaping long-term security strategy. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party partners, helping to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and support a secure, resilient infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing Lead incident response and manage alerts via EDR and SIEM platforms Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across networks and endpoints Oversee compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, PCI-DSS, and DSPT Support secure email gateways, phishing simulations, and user awareness training Maintain audit trails, asset registers, and internal documentation Provide guidance on patching, upgrades, and endpoint hardening What You’ll Bring Proven experience in IT security within regulated or high-compliance environments Hands-on knowledge of EDR, SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability scanning tools Strong understanding of endpoint management, email/web filtering, and risk-based security controls Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels Relevant certifications (e.g. Security+, CISMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus Why Join?
