This role is based at our Belfast VR Hub, with flexible working hours between 7am - 7pm, five days a week.ResponsibilitiesProvide support and resolutions to users via social media, forums, and review platforms.Identify opportunities to reduce customer effort and improve engagement.Create engaging responses and develop user-generated content.Monitor digital channels and promote self-service content.QualificationsProfessional experience or understanding of social media support.Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 CEFR level).Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy.Availability to work 5 days between 7am - 4pm.Interest in virtual reality gaming is a plus.Additional Information We offer training, cutting-edge technology, and support to help you succeed.
