Assist in training all Front Office employees. Manage daily front office operations. Handle credit issues. Supervise front desk staff and assist with accounting issues. Patrol and inspect public areas during evenings to ensure order. Control hotel duty keys and floats during shifts. Supervise and support the Front Office team. Ensure all department policies and procedures are understood and followed. Perform any additional duties as directed by management. Additional InformationYou will be part of a dynamic, fun team delivering excellent customer service daily. The hotel has 356 rooms near London Heathrow Airport, featuring a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a large outdoor parking lot.
