The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.Role OverviewABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMAs aTechnical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, working closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve leading project execution, ensuring technical feasibility, removing roadblocks, and aligning delivery with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end delivery of technical products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps. Ensure projects are aligned with technical feasibility, business goals, and customer needs. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout the delivery lifecycle. Implement and optimize Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks for efficient execution. Track and report project progress using tools like Azure DevOps, or similar. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement, optimizing processes for better efficiency and quality.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience (5+ years) in technical delivery management, software development, or product delivery. Good knowledge of a mainstream Object Orientated languages (C#, Java) Good knowledge of SOA: XML Web Services, REST, JASON; Solid knowledge of Object Oriented code design. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and modern software development practices. Experience working with engineering teams, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to manage complex technical projects, balancing scope, timeline, and risks. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Proficiency in backlog management tools like Azure DevOps or similar. [Preferred] Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps practices. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional travel to client sites as needed.Nice-to-haveKnowledge of specific industry-related software or tools relevant to the position. Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.) is advantageous.Education & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.What We OfferWe're all about diversity.
