Job OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager who is keen to maximize their management and clinical skills in a complex environment.Main duties of the jobApplications are invited from persons with a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience andregistered with NMCto join a progressive team to provide a high quality service. The post will require you to work in inpatient services in Wrexham.The successful applicants will support the Ward Manager to provide quality care for individuals with associated complex health needs. As a key member of the team you should possess excellent Management, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others.
