Position Overview As the Finance Business Partner for our Direct to Consumer organization, you will support financial reporting, sales and margin management, and cross-functional collaboration across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance – EMEA, you will play a critical role in aligning regional initiatives with global strategies, driving process improvements, and providing actionable insights for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis:Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of actuals; assist in POS reporting; perform detailed sales and margin analysis; provide insights on pricing and promotional strategies. Regional Support & Collaboration:Partner with regional commercial teams; ensure alignment with global FP&A playbook; collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams. Process Improvement & Efficiency:Develop best practices; identify automation opportunities; refine financial models for better forecasting and decision-making. Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects:Conduct financial analysis for new launches, market expansion, and other initiatives; support strategic decision-making. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related; MBA a plus. 5-7 years in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods. Strong understanding of financial reporting, margin management, and sales analysis in multi-market contexts (EMEA experience preferred). Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams; advanced Excel and financial planning tools experience. Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights; ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
