Rose ward is a specialist mixed-gender continuing assessment ward for the assessment and treatment of organic mental health, with 13 beds.We work hard to make sure we provide quality, evidence-based and collaborative care in all of the areas we cover. This role will include interaction and communication with a wide scope of people including service users, health and social care staff, medical and carers.So, are you someone who is passionate about delivering compassionate and individualised care, driving quality improvement and able to provide clinical leadership within an inpatient mental health setting? If you have the qualities described above then we want you to think about coming to be a part of our team.You will be working within an inpatient service with a focus on the safety of our patients and the quality of the care they receive.
