Our specialists excel in inspecting critical structures like railway bridges and accessing challenging locations, from abseiling to diving, supporting our customers in diverse scenarios.Ideally, candidates will reside in the East Midlands and be willing to travel within this area and surrounding regions.What You Will DoManage the safe and successful delivery of on-site works, including resource management.Conduct various asbestos surveys, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across commercial, residential, and industrial properties.Prepare accurate survey reports in compliance with technical standards, using tools like Flow Mobile, MS Word, MS Excel, X-PORT, and client platforms.Support structural inspections and investigations as needed.Engage professionally with clients and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.Prioritize health and safety, adhering to BES Group policies and industry standards such as ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and HSG264.BenefitsStarting salary from £34,146, dependent on experience.Company van and pension scheme.Life cover, annual salary reviews, and paid holidays.Flexible working options, employee discounts, health support, and community engagement schemes.RequirementsBOHS Qualification P402; P403, P404, P405 preferred.At least 2 years' experience in asbestos surveying, engineering, or bridge inspection.Proven ability to produce high-quality reports.Experience supervising contractors and third-party suppliers is desirable.Valid UK driving license.We value diversity and inclusion, supporting our staff to be authentic at work.
