Role Overview:As part of the Customer Service Team, you'll be at the heart of a busy call centre, supporting both personal and business customers with their Foreign Exchange needs, ensuring their travel experience begins positively. We support our customers by being adaptable and fulfilling their travel money requirements. Responsibilities: Nurture and build relationships with customers through inbound calls, understanding their travel and currency needs, and tailoring their experience. Support customers and branches in resolving queries related to Travel Money orders. Become a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services. Ensure compliance with GDPR and financial regulations during calls while meeting business objectives and metrics such as compliance, customer satisfaction, and call handling. Achieve key performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service. Requirements: Numerically and technically proficient, with a good understanding of handling cash and currency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, listen effectively, and understand customer needs. Interview Process: Initial screening call by our hiring team based on your application. Face-to-face interview at our Peterborough Head Office with the Call Centre Manager, providing more insight into Travelex and the role.
