The Role: Further to an internal promotion, we have the opportunity for a Senior People Business Partner to join our team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. As part of a team committed to bringing our ‘People First’ value to life, you will play a key role in supporting transformational change across Pulsant, working with cutting edge tools (e.g. HiBob). Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, you will shape and implement people-centric solutions that support our business objectives. You will work closely with leaders to enhance people engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness - helping to foster a culture of continuous growth and high performance. The role with require local and national travel. What You’ll Do: Partner with senior leadership to provide expert guidance and align People strategies with business goals. Drive initiatives that foster a strong and inclusive workplace culture. Lead organisational change management and transformation efforts. Offer insights on compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies. Oversee workplace relations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Support People Leaders in addressing complex people relations issues and performance challenges. Support leadership in fostering a high-performance work environment through providing training and coaching to People Leaders on people management skills and techniques. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent. Utilise a strong understanding of current and future industry trends to identify relevant tools, suppliers, and initiatives to help achieve our People and organisational goals. Support wider People Team projects and initiatives that shall drive our People Team Agenda. What We’re Looking For: Significant people business partnering experience, with strong knowledge of People best practices, employment law, and talent strategies Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives (including C-Level). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience managing organisational change and driving culture initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
