We foster a collaborative environment that supports talent and recognizes contributions equally, with flexible and remote working options.Your ResponsibilitiesAdvising and assisting clients under CDM 2015 regulations.Performing CDM consultancy duties, H&S audits, inspections, and reviews.Delivering H&S and CDM training sessions.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative and best practice changes.Building strong relationships with existing and new clients.Possessing experience in behavioural safety training and ISO45001.Candidate RequirementsStrong background in CDM services and understanding of CDM 2015.Technical Health & Safety knowledge, preferably in construction.Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.Proactive attitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Chartered status or working towards it, with experience in construction projects over £5m.NEBOSH Construction Certificate, CSCS Card, and full UK Driving Licence.Why Join Us?
