Based in our London office, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, demand generation, and partner teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen Recurly’s presence in the region.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and understands how to localize marketing efforts to grow in diverse EMEA markets.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional field marketing plan aligned with sales goals, market trends, and demand generation objectives for EMEA. Plan, execute, and optimize regional trade shows, field events, and executive roundtables to generate high-quality leads and engagement. Launch targeted, multi-channel campaigns (including ABM, webinars, and localized content) to support pipeline growth. Collaborate with sales to provide marketing resources, insights, and support to accelerate deal velocity. Tailor messaging, content, and campaigns to regional buyer personas, ensuring relevance across EMEA markets. Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs and provide insights for future optimization. Manage regional marketing budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. What You Bring: 3-5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or Subscription Management. Experience in executing regional events, ABM campaigns, partner marketing, and sales-driven programs. Proven ability to work closely with sales teams to develop integrated marketing plans that impact pipeline. Knowledge of EMEA markets with the ability to localize campaigns and understand regional nuances. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or Demandbase. Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Why Join Us?
