Leverage your expertise in modern web frameworks, databases, and AI/ML techniques to conceptualise and deliver tailored digital products aligned with hedgehog lab's user-centric approach. Aim: Lead complex AI-powered Python projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand our clients' needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures. You will continuously enhance your team's capabilities by implementing best practices in areas such as API design, data modelling, MLOps, and DevOps - all while aligning with hedgehog lab's focus on scalable and future-ready solutions Measure of success: Project Delivery and Client Satisfaction Technical Leadership Client Engagement and Problem Solving Innovation and AdaptabilityAbout YouMultiple years of hands-on experience with Python development Expertise in core Python libraries and frameworks Experience with popular ML/DL libraries and frameworks Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments Experience working with the Serverless AWS Framework Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework Strong understanding of RESTful API design, security, and scalability Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs (preferably Django/SQLAlchemy) Working knowledge of Git, Continuous Integration, and other supporting systems Experience with MLOps practices and tools for automating the AI model lifecycle Knowledge of mobile-specific AI/ML scenarios, such as on-device inference, federated learning, or privacy-preserving techniques Familiarity with web application architecture patterns that enable scalable and fault-tolerant AI/ML-powered featuresNote: Research shows that women and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds often refrain from applying to positions unless they meet all the specified criteria.
