Do you want to work in an innovative, caring and inclusive working environment?We are currently recruiting for a Team Delivery Manager to join us at Heathrow Airport.The Heathrow PRS Team provide assistance to passengers requiring support (PRS) arriving and departing through the airport. The service covers the operational schedule, 365 days per year and employs a diverse workforce to deliver this detailed & dynamic service. The Team Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the PRS operational team to deliver services to the clients and legislative requirements.Main DutiesTo maintain a visible presence within the operation, manage your resource to drive efficiency to meet SLA requirements.To have the ability to exercise foresight using the data available to proactively manage the operation. Knowledge of Ozion and operational systems to extract the necessary information to understand risk and opportunities. To proactively ensure the staffing levels are correct on a daily basis ensuring changes through sickness and absence are proactively addressed. Responsible for cost control on the day of operation, (overtime, ancillary, equipment, etc.), focussed at looking for improvements. Responsible for the quality of communication for the operation on the day. Responsible for the handover of information/cases over the shift handover, ensuring succinct handovers of all operational information. Have the ability to extract performance from relevant systems and trackers with the ability to interrogate systems to investigate performance failures. To fully brief staff on operational matters as appropriate ( shift briefings, toolbox talks, read and signs ) Undertake any reasonable request from the Terminal Operations ManagerEssential CriteriaProven experience in managing teams in an operational environment Full Driving LicenceWhat We Can Offer You£33,729 per annum 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of a variation of 11.5 hours between 04:30 start and 23:30 finish.
