Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple functions. This is a night shift role working Monday to Friday.Salary:£40,657.31 per annum plus £5,053.76 shift premium per annum.How Will You ContributeMotivate and manage the team to achieve, and where possible exceed, all performance objectives.Manage resources effectively to meet KPI’s (cost, quality, service, and absence).Promote a proactive approach to Health & Safety through risk assessments and ensuring team compliance with policies.Conduct regular reviews and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.Manage time and attendance.Control processes related to order fulfillment, vehicle loading/tipping, and returns operations.Maintain excellent relationships with customer representatives.Seek continuous improvements in processes and methods, and introduce best practices within the site.What Will You BringRelevant experience in a high-pressure environment managing a team towards objectives.Effective communication skills with team building capabilities.Customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships.Knowledge of warehouse management systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to work various shifts to meet seasonal demands.Ability to work in a target-driven environment, making decisions independently when needed.What Do We OfferFree on-site parkingFree hot and cold drinksCanteen facilities with hot and cold foodUniform providedAccess to staff shopApply Now!
