Location: London, Notting Hill (Hybrid) Reports to: Head of eCommerce The role: This role leads the end-to-end execution and optimisation of the brands digital commerce ecosystem driving revenue, performance, and brand storytelling across eCommerce, CRM, digital marketing, content, and affiliate channels. Working closely with internal teams and external agency partners, this person is responsible for executing collection launches, trade campaigns, and digital content while optimising the customer journey through insight-led decision-making. They are a strategic operator who blends creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring every touchpoint from a product page to an email journey delivers on brand vision and drives meaningful business results. This role has 1 direct report. Key responsibilities; eCommerce Trade & Reporting Lead the digital trade calendar aligning product availability, promotions, and marketing support to drive performance. Own promotional strategy and execution, from markdowns to exclusive online activations. Manage weekly trade reporting, analysing site metrics (conversion, AOV, bounce rate, sell-through) and sharing actionable insights. Oversee product setup and lifecycle: PDP creation, pricing, inventory, asset alignment, and metadata management. Execute and optimise site merchandising, ensuring high-performing product journeys and category structures. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to align assortment and messaging. Identify assortment gaps and customer behaviour trends to inform future planning. Run weekly trade meetings and drive commercial alignment across departments. Content Strategy & Execution Own the seasonal content calendar for site, email, paid, and social, ensuring messaging and visuals are consistent and impactful. Brief internal and external creatives across copy, design, and development, and manage end-to-end production. Build and ensure content reflects seasonal priorities, brand tone, and commercial goals. Analyse content engagement and optimize based on data. Manage content systems and asset libraries for version control and accessibility. Run the SEO roadmap across content deliverables with agency support CRM & Retention Define and execute CRM strategy across email and SMS, from customer acquisition to re-engagement. Build, test, and manage automated journeys and segmentation strategies based on behaviour and transaction data. Lead campaign briefing, scheduling, and performance reporting. Partner with platforms (Ometria, Attentive) to enhance capabilities and troubleshoot. Ensure full GDPR compliance and data security standards. Digital Marketing Own the relationship with the performance marketing agency (Meta, Google, TikTok) aligning on calendar, audiences, and spend. Set affiliate strategy and oversee agency relationship, and lead onboarding of new partners. Brief campaigns, review creative, and approve messaging in line with brand and performance needs. Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC), analyse trends, and guide optimisations. Partner with CRM to build and sync audience segments across email and paid. Lead SEO strategy in partnership with the agency reviewing audits, technical fixes, and content performance. Track performance monthly and manage budget pacing to hit efficiency goals. Product Launches & Collection Setup Oversee end-to-end launch planning from final assortment sign-off to category structure, landing page UX, and homepage banners. Approve collection page designs and ensure alignment with marketing themes and SEO best practices. Collaborate with CRM and Marketing to ensure cohesive campaign support across all channels. Manage PDP setup and QA: pricing, sizing, categorization, metadata, and imagery. Ensure all products are live, linked, and performing, resolving gaps in real time. Monitor launch metrics (conversion, bounce, engagement) and feed learnings into future drops. Ecommerce Shoot Management Define creative direction and asset needs by category and campaign. Align with cross-functional teams on styling, product priorities, and brand vision. Manage logistics, shoot schedules, and briefs for stylists, photographers, and studios. Oversee shoot-day execution and post-production (retouching, approvals, tagging). Distribute assets to eComm, marketing, and social, ensuring timely go live.
